firm founded and incorporated in 1971, in Metuchen, New Jersey.
The founder and president, Gene Rogers, dedicated his firm to
the banking industry. Having several years of extensive
banking and personnel experience in the New York metropolitan
area, he could readily identify the needs of the financial
institutions and was determined to aide his colleagues in
obtaining key personnel. His professional approach quickly won
recognition from all members of the banking fraternity.
In May 1980, Gene Rogers established an office in Miami, Florida
to serve the expanding southern financial and international
community.
